    The man who runs this shop is a moody jerk to deal with and a liar. He doesn't know the meaning of customer service and lied to me. I brought several laptops for assistance getting online. He spoke using IT acronyms and then continually snapped at me saying, "you don't get it" while cutting me off. He lied telling me one of my laptops was fixed to go online when it was not. He removed a hard drive and reset a device to factory settings for $200, then said he'd spent 12 hours on my laptops and insisted I pay cash. When I asked for a receipt, he wrote on a dark blue post-it "$200 computer repair" without the name of the business or anything else! Then he asked me to text him my email to send me a receipt and of course he didn't. The one laptop through which I told him I COULD already access the Internet he insisted I had told him could NOT. He did not listen when I told him that laptop only needed to have the sound turned on, which he could not fix either! The laptop he told me could now go online he had done NOTHING with and did not work when I got home. I called and left a message and he did not answer his phone or return my call. I took two laptops down the street and they fixed their accessibility in 15 minutes for under $60! Don't waste your time with this joker. The whole time he complained that he works though appointment only, yet every time I went there he was free.
