    I ordered my light it came with missing pieces. I contacted the company via email and text. Eventually I was told that a refund would be issued and I will receive a confirmation with 24-hrs. I have been emailing Mod Lighting and no response from them. Do not order from this company they are not consumer friendly.

    I have ordered a fixture to find out it falls apart in my hands during install. I don't think this fixture is designed well, meaning there are wires in the main tube that the ring threaded support pierces. You must be careful not to nick them, this can cause an elect short. I have expressed my dislike and contacted them and provided them with explanations and photos of these issues.
    They have not responded to my multiple requests by VM and email. They have shut me down now and they is on communication from them at all. They left me a VM and i followed up to no other response.
    I have a damaged ceiling due to the custom install for this unit that does not attach to the elect box.
    No only the product is questionable, the customer service is very poor.
    I am looking for a return label and to this date I have not received it from my consistent daily requests to them since 12/28/23. Its now 1/4/24.
    I am at a lost here and need BBB help to resolve this poor business service. All I want is my money back.
