    A wire twist tie was in my grilled cheese sandwich. I hurt my teeth biting down on it. My mom went and talked to the owner. He apologized briefly but didn’t offer to remake the sandwich and didn’t offer us a refund. I then went up to speak with him, but he refused to come over to me. He yelled at me from the grill. I asked for a refund on the sandwich. He refused to offer a refund. He said if I had asked him to remake the sandwich before I had eaten it, he would have remade it — as if I would have been able to see the wire buried in cheese before biting in to it. I just hope that I didn’t swallow part of the wire. I am truly astounded at this business’s lack of care for a true safety issue they created. We will never be back. I tried to talk to the owner and he wouldn’t even walk over to me from the grill. He yelled to me from the grill that he was sorry but that he wouldn’t give me a refund on the grilled cheese.
