  We had booked a tour several months prior, to be picked up at the ********************* at 4 pm. We called several times in the days leading up to the event, with no response. We finally got a confirmation the day before. While we were waiting in the cold and rain for the bus to arrive, we called to find out where they were, we got a lie that they were in ** because they thought they were picking us up in **********? Oceanside is 7 towns from *******!!!! Oh! If you were using a gps.THERE IS NO SUCH PLACE IN **********!!So, they never arrived, even after waiting over an hour and a half in the cold and rain. We ended up finding another bus company, ******* ****** you rocked!! Do not use this company!

  Do not use this party bus service! We got hung up in traffic so we finished dinner late. ****, our driver, called me at dinner to give me the heads up about the overtime and I said I understood and no problem. We get to the bus and he tells me he needs $250 in cash or he can't move the bus. I explain they have my credit card and just to charge that because I don't have the cash...or an ATM card for that matter. He tells me I need to call dispatch. They want cash. Just cash. After about 20 minutes they agree to take a ***** payment but give me the wrong information so the payment doesn't go through. Now I'm on the phone with this woman ****** who I assume is the owner. She tells me I have six minutes to get the cash or she is going to throw my 91 year old mother, along with my 80 year old mother-in-law off the bus, onto the street, in the pouring rain. I tell her I have the cash at home and because she has my credit card this won't be a problem. Not acceptable to this insane woman. Thankfully the dispatcher sent the correct information and the ***** payment went through before we were ejected from the bus. This was insane. The contract clearly states that by signing the contract you are allowing them to authorize your credit card for $250 for each hour of overtime. It also says if you don't pay in cash, your card will be charged. This crazy woman was going to throw two old ladies and the rest of my family off a bus not because I refused payment but because she is obsessed with cash! She later said that "people dispute credit card charges all the time from us". Well, if you have a signed contract, the customer's dispute will not stand. Well run, legitimate business, do not have chronic problems with customers disputing charges. Very sketchy operation. Don't believe me...check out the compliant from the Better Business Bureau on her.

  Worst party bus company in history. Was more than an hour late and the music never worked. It was awful.
