          On November 16, 2022, December 1, 2022, and December 16, 2022, BBB attempted to contact Web Listings Inc. regarding pattern of serious complaints. BBB finds that a pattern of complaints exist concerning steady calls all day from many different numbers. Additionally, consumers have also claimed that they are unable to be removed from their call list. The company's number will be blocked but calls will continue from a different number. We have also identified a pattern in the lack of responses to customer complaints and robo calls continue throughout the day. BBB notified Web Listings Inc. about the pattern of complaints and asked the business to voluntarily cooperate in eliminating the pattern by providing a written response outlining the specific steps it would implement in order to avoid similar complaints in the future. As of January 3, 2023, Web Listings Inc. has not responded regarding the pattern of complaints. BBB has concerns about business’ practices and urges consumers to use caution based on their complaint activity and lack of responsiveness.

          Customer Complaint:
          BBB has received complaints from consumers stating they received a "bill" from Web Listings for services they did not order or receive. The company has responded to complaints stating that it is not sending out bills, but solicitations. Consumers state that the solicitation looks like an invoice.
