We have used Go Green Express for over the last 10+ years and have had excellent technicians/service. They usually contact us when it's time for our annual service(s), whether heating or air conditioning, and we always had great success in scheduling etc. Well, the winter service this year has become an issue. I've called multiple times (6+) and have never gotten a real person to speak to. I've left voice mail messages and made an appointment thru their on line services, to no avail. In addition, we have a service agreement with them, to come out and perform maintenance services to prepare us for the upcoming season. They've conveniently deducted the monthly service charge from our account for the month of October, however, we still can't get ahold of them. Today, my husband and I drove by their facility and there was no response at the door and no vehicles in the parking lot. For all intents and purposes, it appears as if they've locked the doors and walked away from the business.

This place is a ripoff. Stay away. They overcharge and fix things that are not even broken.

I have used this company in the past with good results, so when my hot water heater and gas burner needed to be replaced I used them again in September of 2020, I purchased an indirect gas burner/hot water heater. I paid an extra $3,600 for a 10 year warranty/service plan. In April 2022, I had no heat or hot water. I called and they said they were busy, couldn't get to me until Monday, which turned into Tuesday. The tech that came was young and obviously inexperienced. After about an hour, he called me to look at the gas burner and said, I HAVE to call an electrician because the unit should have 240 volts running to it and it only has 120. I questioned this but he was insistent. He left and I called in an electrician who pointed out that this unit did not call for 240 volts and there was no evidence it ever had that much power to it. He spoke with a senior tech at Go Green Express and told him that. Another tech came 2 days later, and showed me that my emergency switch just needed to be pushed. He did that and it has been fine ever since. Meanwhile I got charged $200, by the electrician and Go Green Express will not reimburse me for that nor will admit that it is their fault, even though their tech erroneously told me that I had to call in an electrician in order to get my heat working again.
