    I sent a partial payment for kayaks in late April with a guarantee by memorial day to have them. May 20 the owner, **** ******, called saying the kayaks were completed and ready for final payment. When I asked for a picture he said they will be ready in 2 days. 2 weeks went by and he attempted final payment still without evidence stating 3 days and the kayaks would be ready. Twice in June and 2 times in July as well. Each time was a different story. I was extremely suspicious as their website states a 2000 partial payment for kayak to secure parts and full payment before shipping when the kayaks are completed. On July 16 the owner admitted my kayaks were never built and they spent my money. But he was waiting on deposits from another client that he could refund me my money with their money the following Monday. **** ****** took 6 more weeks of lying until I disputed it from my credit card and visa forcefully withdrew the money. I was told 4 times I would be reimbursed for the aftermarket parts I bought for the kayaks. The owner scolded me for filing a complaint with the bank and refused to reimburse the after market parts saying it's not his issue after acknowledging on 4 occasions that he would send me the money. They are a giant ponzi scheme using one deposit to pay out another.
