    First thing is that the customer service needs an extreme check on their phone conversations with customers are very well below a 1 star they are rude and downgrade people. I called to ask a question about my bill and why it was so high and the lady said oh that is because you are late, I was never late on my bill and when I tried to explain that I pay monthly the lady said you are one those people. Sorry I work in retail and if I said that to a customer I would have been fired. One instance is that they tell you to call if you want your garbage cans standing after they got the garbage and when I said yes, the garbage man threw the garbage can on the ground to where with someone that has a bad back they can't be bending over to pick things up, they do anyhow. I would definitely never recommend them for anything. They are so rude over the phone and I am not the only one that left their services, a lot of people are because of how rude they are to people on the phone.
