      Horrible service!!! You try to go to the office to pay your bill no one is ever there. You call to speak with someone about paying your bill no one answers the the. You leave a message that you are trying to pay your bill. They never call you back. Then they send you another bill saying my service is going to be suspended for not paying the bill. What do you have to do to pay the bill?

      Would give a zero if I could! We have had Als Disposal for over 10 years. Have had a broken toter for several years that they won't replace. Service is constantly getting skipped. Garbage and recycling not being picked up despite being out the night before. Can't a get person on the phone or to return calls. When they do they are rude and argumentative. Final straw was recycling not being picked up. Called and they said they will pick up with trash in a few days even though it is not the regular cycle. It wasn't picked up. 2 messages later a woman returned the call. Tells me we don't put it out consistently and that's why it was missed. I corrected her it is always out the night before. Says it wasn't picked up this week because it isn't the right week even though a few days before said they would pick it up. Even if I put it out in consistently it is no excuse for not driving by to attempt to provide a service I have paid for! I told her I would be cancelling service at the end of the month (today is the 8th) Person on the phone became more irate. Said they would be taking my toters next week despite being paid until the end of the month. When this was explained to her that I have paid for a service and would expect a refund for the time between when my toters are taken and the end of the month she didn't want to listen. Finally said "You people are great. I wish you could see what we have to deal with. Good bye" and hung the phone up on me! SERIOUSLY!! Summary here is they are a poor performing company that takes your money and doesn't provide services as agreed upon. Customer service is horrible and rude. Do not use this company if there is another option available. This is about identical to what happened to my sister a few years ago with Als Disposal including the argumentative rude female on the phone.
