    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They made a minor chip worst and then suggested a new windshield. There is a hole in my windshield that was not there made by their drilling to repair the chip.

    Worst company I have ever used And will never use again They said they fixed my windshield But it looks the same as it did before they say they fixed it I spoke to no one.The technician never knocked on the door to let me know they were even here worst customer service I have ever seen

    We had our windshield replaced in July and in February our rear-view mirror fell off and the windshield began to crack. it seems that there was an internal divot under the mirror casing and with the cold of the winter it releases the mirror from the windshield and the window just exceed to crack from the divot.We have sent pictures, had several phone calls and emails. ************** refuses to stand by their warranty. they gave us several excuses, such as: our area pf coverage has changed since then and we no longer have an auto glass expert in the area to inspect if the crack is in fact related to the installation or not.:" AND "our warranty does not cover new damages to the glass, only issues related to the installation" this was not new is was an issue with their installation.I would never recommend or use them again. I hate dealing with companies that give you the run around and do not stand by their services.

    This company WindshieldHub.com scheduled an appointment for windshield replacement for me with a window of 9am-12noon..they called me at 12:05 asking if i have a garage and i said yes, they asked if it was big enough for them to do the job in my ********* don't know but my car fits in my garage 1 1/2 car size..they then ask if they can come out on Monday its currently Friday, very disappointed with the service that i didn't get, they offered $10 discount to retain my business i declined, first time trying to use this company and it was a big fail..i am located in ******** ****..it was some drizzle rain but not during the window of time that my replacement was to be done..also why wait till the end of my window to call, after i was canceling they offered to get to me after 2pm which was another disappointment due to the fact you were trying to have me wait another 3 days to come out..very unprofessional, wouldn't recommend them.

    They delayed my order to the afternoon. When they were finally supposed to arrive, they arrive at the wrong location, even though I had given the correct place. After they eventually serviced my car, they left a bunch of shattered glass in my driveway. Go with a local store or safelite.

    Horrible customer service! Do not deal with this company as they will cancel on you and then not take responsibility for their horrible service.
