EVERYTHING that **** A said. It was never ending glitches, no one gets back to, endless tickets that go no where. This software was a nightmare. I had to get a lawyer, fight them for months and finally get out of their ridiculous contract. (to which they did keep reminding me that I had a contract... but they apparently like to neglect that they too signed that it would be a working and functional system used to maintain a business that they felt it was okay to jeopardize in the process of upholding their own). This is a non--conforming product, there should be no contract. When a business gets started, they may not know their software needs, but locking them into a product that then wont conform to their needs should be illegal. Now, the caveat is that we did move on to ****** software which actually provided an even bigger headache that we are still dealing with. So, the moral of the story is that there needs to be greater regulation on what a CRM and a SaaS should be able to promise and then not uphold on their end. There should be greater regulations in favor of the consumer who are the victims in their need to have something to maintain their business but that are vulnerable in that need. These systems know this, see the gaps in regulation (or the just complete lack thereof) and they utilize that to their benefit and take advantage. I hope someone can come up with an honest solution and a team of people that can uphold that.

We used booker for over 10 years and last October they updated our system that change it function and created BUGS and ERRORS that rendered their software useable to book online (clients were unable for all different reason that were not errors on user or our part), could not sell products online (change from previous version), unable to accept payments on half our accounts (trying 5 or more CC's), and could not make update on clients accounts. These are some the major things, but all and all the detrimental effect was loss of client and loss of employees due to the extraneous amount of problems. All these concerns were brought up to BOOKER directly via phone calls, email and chat. This went on daily for for over 2 months when I was finally told they were not going to fix the problem and that we were pretty making up the problems. They need to have competent software engineers that have ability to fix what they create.
