  Micato Safaris Africa tour was my worst ever & I morally warn other ****** senior travelers. They never return calls & block my review on its site. I recd what I perceive as a cold unapologetic reply to my ltr, citing a binding compulsory arbitration clause in its ******************* It claims non-groupy group departures rarely numbering more than 12 guests & can be as small as 2. We had 13: 6 ************ as the only solo. We used 3 vehicles: 2 w/2 couples, 1 w/2 ************. Behind 2 seat rows was a rear bench that was jarring & difficult to hear. Roof hatch for viewing didnt extend over bench-you had to lean over person in front of you or walk down the aisle to peer out. A woman ordered me to the rear so she could sit next to her spouse. Director refused to create a seating chart; thus others became angry at me, opposing Micatos claim to always give assiduous care to ensure all our guests feel secure and comfortable& a completely stress-free travel experience. She harassed me for 7 days. I never felt safe around her as she appeared to me to be extremely controlling with emotionally erratic behavior. I felt physically endangered when she slid my seat up against the seat in front of it & held her feet up against my seat back so I couldnt slide it back, causing me to ride sideways without a seatbelt & fear for my safety. Director wouldnt address this. I felt marginalized that he prioritized couples preferences over my concerns- I was an inconvenience. He accused me of losing boarding passes when I hadnt, causing me to feel unfairly blamed, humiliated, disrespected. Micato claims If . . . anyone anywhere along the way is not observing health and safety and protocols in line with Micato standards, your Safari Director will quickly remedy the situation, leaving you free to enjoy your safari without having to concern yourself with such matters. When you travel with Micato, youre traveling with more than just a companyyoure traveling with our family.

  The BBB has redacted some of my very relevant wording, despite the fact I kept within their ***** character limit. My warning about Micato Safaris is addressed to "solo" and "senior" travelers, since I sincerely believe both are at risk based upon what happened to me. Micato's binding compulsory arbitration clause is contained in its ******************* which appear briefly on the screen when registering. I wouldn't want someone to make the same mistake I did when I agreed to them. We had 13 guests: 6 ************ as the only solo guest. We used 3 vehicles: 2 w/2 couples, 1 w/2 ************. My review is hopefully finished.
