    I paid for the pusheen box subscription the in September of 2023 and still have not received a tracking number and no pusheen box. I demanded a refund several emails and they said I have to wait until the box arrives and then I can mail it back. I told them, the box is still in your facility, I never received tracking number and never received the box, please issue a refund. I sent them more than a dozen emails daily and they are not acknowledging my email at this point and never issued me a refund. **** from Pusheen has been extremely unhelpful on my many, many attempts to request my refund. Please hold her reliable in some way, I also requested her to escalate this over to her management team, but I have not heard anyone from pusheen on getting my refund, Better Business Bureau, please help me get my money back please. I have several emails that I documented so If you need a copy of this, I can give this to you as well. Thank you Better Business Bureau.

    So far this subscription has not been worth it. I paid up front for a year subscription, but I never get my order on time. The spring box was supposed to ship in April, I didn't receive it until the end of May. I also reached out to their customer service department 3 times and never once got a reply. The summer box was supposed to ship in July, but the end of the month is here and still no box. Their website claims they'll update their customers with any changes in shipping, but they do not update you and refuse to answer your emails. It's a cute box but this isn't worth it, I'd love to actually be able to use the items for the season they're intended for instead of receiving them after the seasons passed. Very disappointing and 0 customer service.
