    I ordered a marriage certificate through this company because my local clerk office told me to use it because they were making everything digital and moving to a different location. So I went ahead and ordered my marriage certificate around February of this year, they charged me ***** which included expedited shipping. I received an email asking me if I received my document and if i didn't then to wait 24 to 48 hours and then call them. So I've called them 3 times since I received that email and each time I've waited at least an hour and no one connected with me. This last time when I typed in the order number they said the order was canceled. So again, I asked to speak to a representative and have been on hold an hour. I need this document to get my license in the state I live in now. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY/SERVICE!

    Subzero stars, DO NOT USE!!!One of those legal scams that have misleading information in their site to cover their butts.I ordered an expedited birth certificate and paid for overnight shipping after reading their warning about being delayed. But I felt I had to try something before my kid lost their place in the school lottery. I simultaneously kept trying to call or email customer support. I have screenshots of waiting on hold for 32 mins. They will not take your call. They will not help you. They will not provide documents in a timely manner.But they will happily take all of our money.The person responsible for this business is being a sorry human, collecting other sorry humans desperate for a ************ ****, VitalChek. Our younger generations are coming for you, spilling all the tea.

    Do not ever use this company! I ordered my daughters birth certificate in August 2024it is now April 2025. You cannot get them on the phone, even after holding for an hour and calling a dozen times. You send emails and they send you back one saying that they will be in touch in a couple of days and no one ever gets in touch. Three times I did that. They say this is a valid company, but I feel like its fraud. I dont have the birth certificate and I am out $80.
