    This company, ******* Send, doesn't have a valid customer service phone number. They're useless, and if you want to close your account, there's no option in the app. It just says to contact the number they provide there or by email. The numbers aren't valid, and they never answer by email.

    If I could rate it 0 stars, I would. I strongly advise against using this service due to the inconsistent and poor customer support. When I attempted to send money, the transaction failed because my account required further review. I submitted all the necessary documents on the same day and inquired if anything else was needed to ensure a smooth process. **************** assured me they had everything and promised a follow-up email within 48 hours. However, after a week and a day, I still hadnt received a response. I called multiple times to follow up and received inconsistent updates despite the 48-hour SLA and emphasizing the urgency of sending the money. Save yourself the hassle and find an alternative way to send money. I do not recommend this service.

    That App is a Fraud, they collect your personal and financial data and than close your account for no reason and do not provide any explanation when you contact the customer service.

    I initiated a transfer to ***** at 11am on what was supposed to be an instant transfer to a patient needing to buy medication, and up until this hour 7pm the money transfer is still PENDING.I have called the customer support several times and I keep getting the same response from them we are having technical difficulties with our partners in *****, and it should be resolved shortly. The support team is very unprofessional and they wont escalate my complaint to the relevant authorities (manager). They wont give me a time frame for when I should get my money back neither. Filled a complain with State Attorney generals office.And will be filing another one with ******** Attorney general where the company is registered.BE WARNED, THEYRE USING A HIGH EXCHANGE RATE AS A BAIT. Keep your money or use other transfers companies.
