    This company continues to astound with its incompetence. Trying to get OCI card for my son . Filled out form on Govt website and now want to mail it in for processing.
    Enter VFSGLOBAL - on their website, I attempted to create a new application. Keep getting below error:
    'Government reference number is not valid. Please recheck if its correctly entered or belongs to the correct Consular Jurisdiction'
    The ref. number is correct. From online chat forum discussions it seems to take the company 2+ days to update their databases.
    Why can't they either update quicker or make it clear to users that 2 days delay is to be expected??? As it is, customers are left to their own devices, and, like me, are probably re-submitting the form multiple times under the mistaken assumption they made a mistake. At the very least, it shows a lack of empathy, and at worst, outright contempt for customers!

    Horrific customer service, sloppy system and worst of all negligence about what information they provide and dont provide to customers, leading to messed up applications. I cant believe that this hive of scum is allowed to be responsible for so many peoples new starts and futures. Disgusting.

    VFS Global's **** application services are a bureaucratic nightmare that unnecessarily complicate an already stressful process. Their inefficient system forces applicants to navigate a labyrinth of confusing instructions, hidden fees, and unreliable appointment scheduling.The company's website is poorly designed and often crashes, leaving users frustrated and unable to complete simple tasks. When you finally secure an appointment, you're met with long queues, indifferent staff, and a lack of transparency about processing times.VFS Global's monopoly on **** services for many countries allows them to charge exorbitant fees for basic services, exploiting vulnerable applicants who have no alternative. Their customer support is abysmal, with unanswered emails and unhelpful phone operators who seem more interested in ******* calls than solving problems.The company's track record of data breaches and mishandling of sensitive personal information is deeply concerning. Despite these issues, many governments continue to outsource their **** services to VFS Global, prioritizing cost-cutting over applicant experience.For travelers and immigrants, dealing with VFS Global adds an unnecessary layer of stress and uncertainty to an already complex **** application process. It's high time for governments to reconsider their partnerships with this inefficient and user-unfriendly service provider.

    The national governments using this service should really rethink their decision to hire this agency to handle their **** applications. For starters, the website does not work properly. You are required to obtain a one-time password, which never works. It wasn't until my tenth attempt on the third day over the weekend that I was finally able to log in. Once logged in, the calendar for booking your appointment doesn't work. Finally after five or more attempts, I was able to click on a date and time just for their system to log me out. I tried to log back on, but was told that I would have to wait two hours before logging in to try again. Apparently, I am not the only one having this problem. Why are these governments paying this company to provide services that they are not providing? They are being scammed out of their money. When I finally got on the phone with someone for assistance, they said I would need to send an email to the *****vfsglobal.com with the issue, which I had already done, which they never responded to. Then, instead of helping, they recommend that you pay for the "premium service" so that you can avoid having to make an appointment. Seems like a bit of a scam to me. Do they purposely keep their website down so that you are funneled to their "premium service"? If anyone is having the same issues, please reach out directly to the consulate general to notify them of what is going on. If no one makes them aware, these criminal activities will continue unchecked. This is one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever come across. You cannot get an appointment without accessing the calendar, but how do you make an appointment if the calendar doesn't work?! Also, rather than taking an appointment over the phone, they ask that you send a picture showing that the website doesn't work. But, how about you just check for yourself? I'm sure this isn't your first complaint. Horrible service.

    They mention one charge over the website and phone, but the payment site charged more than twice the amount. This is while applying for OCI (for *****) through VFS global in *********The above charge itself was not mentioned in the original charges for OCI.

    I sent a new OCI application and they scrutinized my signature. I repeatedly emailed them and asked them to compare my signature with the 7 other self attested documents in the package. Eventually, I complied with their request, paid to resubmit the signature and ship the reprint. When they find a problem, you have to pay fees to correct the mistake & shipping fees. Since they charge for every correction, it is in their best interest to find mistakes. A signature scrutiny is completely avoidable by requiring a notarized doc. Whats even worse is that they charge if you call their customer service line. You cant speak to a human without entering a credit card. After they received the corrected signature, I thought it would be smooth sailing and I couldnt be more wrong. My ****** passport only has one of my dads names listed and my Renunciation Cert. has both- first & last name. My OCI application included his full name which matches the Renunciation Cert. and they asked me to provide a copy of my dads passport. I contacted them repeatedly to tell them that my dad never had a passport, he never traveled outside of ***** and he is now deceased. They replied by saying that I wouldnt have received a Renunciation Cert. because of this difference. My reply to them - I received a Renunciation Cert. which was signed by a Vice Consul, *****************. I tried to make it easy for them by sending a document which highlighted how all the IDs on the Renunciation Cert. -****** Passport #, ** Passport #, and Application # all match my credentials and they ignored my plea to review that. Instead, they rejected my application and sent it back saying that they need a copy of my dads current passport - a document which never existed! I have mental fatigue and stress from dealing with VFS. It's an embarrassment that the ****** Consulate works with them. I will escalate this as much as I can. Its astonishing that there isnt a class action lawsuit considering all the negative reviews.

    Terrible horrifying experience theres a white woman claiming Africans very racist and bias discriminated against me because Im dark and originally from Africa she was making jokes that no one knows who I am and Sarcastically nevertheless neither here or there what was very terrifying is that I missed my flight twice now because the woman did not service me once I defended my race of being biracial I then started to take pride in the defending myself while this woman was denying my application at reception the whole time which is illegal Best advice ** to do everything online and communicate with authority and try to get a family from ******* if u ******** to accompany u during this visit to this office you will need back up to defeat these sorry excuse for working ppl in that office sad i missed $1,500 flight because of a rascist person

    Think of a company that has no customer contact number, no customer contact email, charges thousands of dollars for services, has constant technical glitches, has no refund policy. Basically has NO WAY of being reached for any concern. Wait - I do not want to lie, they do have one way of contacting them - through a ******* handle! No JOKE. They say for customer service - please ***** us @ #*************!But at the same time the company has a MONOPOLY for obtaining visas for certain countries, such as for **. It got Government contracts for ****s and runs out of *****. Talk about lack of accountability. After hours of searching and calling ** Government in ****** - I only discovered a phone number which charges per minute of conversation - and that was COMPLETELY useless as people there mainly deal with ****** **** situations.I applied for a ** ****. Paid $1,000 service fee. Never received email instructions. Could not even send my passport for processing as never received shipping label. And that is that. I never went to **. The *** has been sending me auto-emails for the last 3 months asking if I want to withdraw my application. I keep saying yes, and want my money back. No response. Then another email asking me the same question again....I truly hope that BBB manages to find ways to find this company contacts and do something with them. This should disallowed to operate in *******.
