      My car was damaged by their parking attendant on December 13th, 2024 in their garage on 87th and 3rd in *************. They sent video of my car arriving without the damage, and leaving with the damage. They have refused to take responsibility and stopped responding to my messages.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. Its too bad they wouldn't take me seriously until I contacted you, but I did receive my "refund" (short about $8, but ill take it.)

      t doesnt make sense.It's not a huge fee, and totaled roughly $150, but I still believe I am entitled to this, especially considering how much time this has taken, just to be denied. Thank you for your help.Attached is my original confirmation of signup and then also a correspondence from back when I initially set up auto-pay. As well as a copy of one of the late fees. The
