    The worst experience of my life. I was charged 2200 dollars for a 1200 dollars ticket and guess what even after paying double the amount I did not get the ticket. Yes, you read that right I was charged almost DOUBLE THE ********** DID NOT GET A TICKET. What made it worse is their pathetic customer support team. They never respond to your emails. When you call them they don't help saying that only the concerned agent who sold you the ticket can fix your problem and that "particular agent" is always busy (scamming) another customer and as promised never calls back and if by chance they call you back after 20/30 calls all they say is "that they do not know what is wrong and the team is working on it." I kept emailing, calling and following up for more than a month and all I kept getting from 2/3 call backs was that, they don't know what is wrong and the team is working on it. ****** ******* (their agent) behavior, attitude and unprofessionalism was an insult to injury. The guy is in the wrong profession altogether. In human and rotten to the core. I know you are scamming but please at least don't misbehave while you are at it. He made things worse. He was taking my money and misbehaving with me at the same time. DO NOT FALL for these guys. DO NOT!
