  I'm a small boutique owner not someone like anthropology or ***********************. And after the call with the representative and somebody with a hidden camera, I was reminded that I'm a small boutique owner and not someone like anthropology or ***********************. However, they still wanted my money for their services for things that I can do on my own. The entire call was about the things that I was doing wrong and how handover hand they are the winner and there is no one better than them and that if it was up to them, they would choose a tent every time. But were they listening to, what I was saying as far as it's not our primary goal to grow our SMS list? We do the work and soliciting phone numbers by creating relationships with our customers. They are just applying a template that works for larger companies. I was coerced into having a conversation With a representative with a promise of getting 30 days free service to try it out no money invested But after a conversation with them, they frankly told me that my business profile it does not meet them minimum standards for them to pull the resources to do something like that. So they wasted 50 minutes of my time to basically give me a sales pitch and left me feeling like I'm not good enough. And the point is I've been in business for 18 years, making money and making positive relationships in the community that says, we are enough .

  We signed up for text messaging services that including free email services for a year. When the year completed, they have been charging us $930/month for email services that we do not use. We have emailed them multiple times, yet they continue to charge us for email. At this point, they have charged us $3000. We are on auto-pay and there is nowhere to remove our card on our account./It goes without saying that we do not recommend this business.
