    The company motto should be "Overpromise and Underdeliver". We were supposed to receive signed posters at the Indoor Garden Party concert. They weren't available so we were told we could get one signed item (which we had to provide ourselves with no advance notice) at the concert and they would send the signed posters at a later date. The communication was clear; it is not possible that we misunderstood. The packing slip even indicates in writing that we were to receive signed posters. We received cheap, generic, unsigned posters instead. I have contacted the company numerous times to give them the opportunity to make this right. Their stance is that because we had the opportunity to get something else signed in person, that somehow obviates their obligation to fulfill their promise (written and verbal) to send a signed ********* not trust them.

    Went to WOF Live on 5/20/2024 purchased VIP tickets to include merchandise. Got to the show and they told us our merchandise got stuck in ****** and would be shipped to us. After contacting them inquiring about where my merchandise was I was told that I had to fill out a form and make sure I used the same info as I did for registration. Ive done that and now were fastly approaching 2 months with no merchandise. Id like a refund at this point.

We can confirm that we are still implementing everything needed to fulfill these packages. We see that this customer successfully provided the requested information via the address verification form. This said, we will make sure that this customer is in the first batch of shipments, and we sincerely appreciate their patience while they wait for their merchandise to arrive.

    They owe me a refund from a ********* concert that I was supposed to go to, but was canceled I havent heard a single thing about my refund, when Im supposed to get it, none of that. Instead they just dont answer any emails, I want my money back and they comply.

    I was told on March 13 of 2024 that my shipping address was confirmed and they would be shipping out the *** packages for the three tickets we purchased, which were very expensive and now Im getting an email today 5/30/24 the day before the show telling me that the merchandise will be shipped at a later date! We are very disappointed with the service that they have provided or I should I say they have not provided! This is for the ***************** show in **** *************! We will be holding up signs, letting ***************** know we did not receive our merchandise! Very disappointed

    This show was originally set to occur on 11/8/23, however this was postponed last minute for reasons outside of our control. The form that this customer originally received was included in the *** itinerary that was sent 3 days prior to the original show date, as this is when *** details are sent, and the show was still planned to occur on 11/8/23 at the time of this itinerary being sent.This said, this show was postponed after the original itinerary was sent. That itinerary was thus voided, as this show did not occur at that time. A new address verification form was provided in the itinerary that ***s were sent for the new date (on 5/28/24), as fulfillment will begin in the next few weeks and it is important that we have the most up-to-date addresses for ***s to ensure they receive this merchandise. We appreciate this customer's continued patience, as we can confirm that they will be receiving this merchandise.

    I paid for a VIP experience for 3 people. The price included shirts. When we showed up to the venue one of our bags was short a product and we were told inventory was low and we could not get a shirt that day. We were told we would have to get it through e-mail. I was e-mailed a broken link so I responded right away. The link was corrected and I requested 3 shirts - the same exact time that the e-mail came over. I got confirmation of my order as well. I have 3 witnesses. I sent a follow-up e-mail asking where my shirts are and was told I never responded to the e-mail in time and would not be getting shirts. I wrote back and stated that I did fill out the form and I paid for those shirts ( through the experience ) and if I was not going to be provided with them I would like someone to call me and resolve this issue by giving me my money back for lost shirts. My e-mail has been ignored. So now I am trying to find someone who will communicate with me and help me. I paid for the shirts, I would them or my money back, please.

We were not ignoring this customer, as we are in the continued process of looking into this customer's inquiry. We have since responded letting them know that we are looking further into this. We can assure all parties that we are working to assist this customer, and will continue to keep them updated throughout the process. We appreciate their continued patience as we do so.

    I have paid for the ***** The Block Revisted Deluxe CD at the end of August 2023 on the ***** app they still haven't sent me it and I'm starting to feel like they have scammed me out of my money right now. I'm very disappointed about this situation right now.
