    Treated Unfairly by Duolingo English Test No Flexibility for Emergencies I had an emergency situation during my test (a smoke alert led to someone entering the room), and despite explaining this to Duolingo Support, they banned me permanently with no chance to retake the test. I did nothing wrong, yet Im being punished for something I couldnt control.This kind of rigid, zero-tolerance policy especially for genuine emergencies is unjust and unprofessional. I expected better from a global testing service. Their refusal to even consider my appeal is deeply disappointing.
