When you click on the advertised jobs most of the time they are already "expired". This is followed by a statement the "luckily there are other jobs available". This is a fraudulent approach to get you to click on other jobs. Most of the time the "other jobs" have no relation in terms of job type or salary range to what was originally advertised in the email you received. Appalling!

MyJobHelper did a great job continuously trying to help me find employment. Through no fault of this job site, I did not find employment. I believe these were the factors for my not finding a job: a lot of jobs I was not qualified to do; only wanting part time; wanting a job close to my home; only applying for jobs I truly felt I could perform; age discrimination. When potential employers would ask what year did you graduate is like asking your age except legal. They can tell by looking at a resume how old you are. Again, this was not exclusive to this job site and the jobs they were trying to fill. A few of the employers that I felt I really had a chance finding a job with never responded back to me. With a few of them, I never got a response back even though I applied multiple times. I also found it depended on the location and the management as to the what type of workers they were hiring. At a store location in my home town there were NO senior citizens working there despite their continuing to be very short staffed. The same company in the next town from my home had MANY senior people working there. I just really wanted to not have to drive that far. Another employer would answer my job request but always with a we have decided not to hire for that position at this time only to see another add or a continual add for that same position. I may be older but far from unable to perform the jobs that I applied for. The job search has been a very emotionally difficult and disappointing process. I have discontinued the search at this time.

All of their positions are incorrect. For example, I interviewed for Mattress Firm for this position and the salary IS NOT $75,000/year as they advertise IT IS $16.60/hour huge difference. They should put in the correct information before they get sued for false advertising.Mattress Firm Jobs HIRING Fri 05/26 Mattress Firm - $75,000/year Sleep Expert - ..., ************* , ** View all now View only jobs since yesterday | past 7 days Featured Job Listings Sleep Expert - ...Mattress Firm | *************, ** View Jobs Now
