**************** is not only poor, it's predatory. I tried to cancel my subscription and when given the wrong response in a series of attempts to change my mind, it disabled my ability to cancel a pricey annual subscription. I had to go to Ohio consumer protection [yeah, **** still has that] and the credit card company to get them to change that. There was no other way to discuss this with them because customer service "help" won't allow any other requests than what is scripted. Doing business with these people is difficult. Giving them your credit card is a bad idea.

Trading view will offer you a free trial and tell you that in 30 days you can cancel your subscription. I just found out after signing up for the free subscription there is no other way to contact them and cancel they will give you a phone number on the website to call but it is a recording. In order to cancel you have to pay the chat technicians that can help you cancel which is a scam.stay away from this company they will scam you anyway they can! I could not get my refund and just charged my account for 2 yrs. I hope this company closes!

I'll add another review to the list. As stated before, their phone contact will accept no calls or messages. It refers you back to the website, where there is no way to contact them. They have a free service which allows you to view one chart, and that's fine. I did so for about a year, and all of a sudden I started getting (3) $2.00 charges per month on my account. For what I was getting (one chart with good info) I decided "OK". A few days ago I found that those charges had gone up to (3) $3.00 charges and that there was an additional charge of $155.40 for I don't know what. On the website you're referred to "account and billing" if you want to charge or cancel a service. The only choice it then gives you is to start a "30 day free trial." I've sent them 2 "feedbacks" and so far have gotten no response. Hopefully my credit card provider will allow me to cancel any further payments to Trading View.
