    First time customer, and I ordered a robe directly from their website on Sept. 1st (my credit card was charged that day). Received an email with a bogus *** tracking number which didn't show any pick-up from ********, ** (which is 100 miles from my home). Inquired 3X by email, and was told it could take 3-10 business days to be delivered, and that **** was delivering the "last mile" (never provided a tracking number). The *** number shows as invalid as of Sept. 17th. The company hasn't returned my calls, and has stopped responding to email, and I have not received the robe. I've filed a dispute with my credit card company, however I wanted to make potential buyers aware that this company is not reliable nor customer focused.

    Ordered a comforter, it arrived with multiple brown stains, which were disgusting. They clearly sent me a previous return, instead of a brand new item like I ordered. I tried calling and emailing customer service for days with no response. I spent $130 on a stained comforter. Luckily I was able to file a dispute with my actual bank to get my money back, but this COMPANY IS TERRIBLE AND A SCAM. ********************* here.

    Originally purchased a set of bath rugs from Bed Bath and Beyond, one of their Classic style runner seams came apart after a few washes. I came across a coupon code to order a replacement directly from the company, however, their system had a glitch and it did not get applied upon checkout. I emailed immediately to cancel the order or to apply the code but I got an email that it was already shipped out. I asked for a free return shipping label to send the duplicate order back but the company refused. Poor quality products, poor website (have to keep re-entering code), and really bad customer service. think twice before ordering. I would not give them my business again.

    This is an amazing company! I had a complaint about shrinkage..possibly my fault..and they sent me two replacement sets of sheets! You just can't find customer service this good!!!! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!!

    We loved the look and feel of the flannel sheets that we bought in Dec. 2022 so much after one use, we ordered another set. Unfortunately, after the 2nd wash of the first set (before the 2nd arrived) the fitted sheet tore the entire length of one side while putting it on. The product is very thin and not deep enough to properly fit a ********** King ********* Days later the 2nd set arrived which we promptly washed and put on the bed only to find out one of the pillow cases had a miss sewn seam and had come apart. I reached out the the company right away to let them know of the issues and it's been three weeks with no reply. I went on the site to see if I could just order a new fitted sheet and pillow case but unfortunately they only sell in sets so I cant even order and pay for my own replacements. At this time, I cannot recommend the product or the company.

    Amazing products, had a small issue with 1 of the 7 items I bought, the company answered my email SAME day and gave a positive solution. The jersey sheets are soft, durable and look great. Towels great. Highly recommend the products and company.

    Awful. Ordered sateen sheets they are NO way sateen. Hard even after washing. False advertising. Do NOT waste your money. Posting this every where I can . Order ****************** I am on a tight budget and the under the canopy sheets were on-sale boy am I sorry. My mistake. Should have waited until I could afford real Sateen . Can't sleep on these
