  They did not deliver many of the items I ordered but did not credit my account for them. Well over $100.00 worth of food. I tried calling and emailing them with no response. Plus it took over a month for the order to arrive and at that point some of the items spoiled or the expiration dates were past.

  ZERO STARS but I couldn't submit a review without selecting at least a one.Wilson Inmate Package Program are THIEVES. They ignore customer calls and emails, they lie about timelines, tracking numbers are invalid, packages don't arrive and neither do refunds. This business is operated by ******** essentially stealing from people who have limited vendor resources to send items to their loved ones. PLEASE USE A DIFFERENT VENDOR. DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY WITH THE CROOKS THAT CALL THEMSELVES WILSON'S.

  Placed an order on December 12th order was received until mid January! Claimed would be given credit didn't receive anything paid ****** for my loved on and this was first time trying this place. The communication was poor until the end it kept hounding them after a month finally got answers and package still delayed..just sad I spent money to get something and the business didn't stand by anything. Likely never to use this place again. Please treat people and their money better or close down !

  This is the WORST company ever i placed my order 12/20.. it is now Jan 13 and STILL my loved one hasnt recvd the package this place is taking from ppl its sickening .. I've called left messages... I've emailed no response FINALLY got in touch with someone who TRYED to convince me to keep my order.... ABSOLUTELY TF NOT... i wouldn't recommend this company at all... please dont waste time/energy i only left 1 star because i had to

  I placed an order on 6/7/24 which I canceled for a full refund. Once they noticed I wanted a refund Anet called me, to tell me that I will be charged a 40% fee for wanting a full refund. I spent $200 its sad they take money from families who are already struggling to make ends meet for our love ones who are incarcerated. My son still havent received his package because they stated that they were upgrading their website which is not my concern. I waited patiently for my son to get his order and still nothing and today is 6/20/24. Additionally, **** called me on 6/18/24 to place my order over the phone she stated once I hang up I should receive a confirmation # for the order placed. Still nothing, they not answering phones, ignoring the customers and stealing money. They are a big scam. Never saw a company that get many orders for inmates worldwide but cant fulfill the orders and hold on to money until they get Inventory then ship people orders on their time. Its unfair to me and to my hungry son thats in prison

  This is the absolute worst company I EVER used in my life. I placed my order April 12 2024 and it wasn't until the end of April an update that it was being shipped. that whole month of waiting I called multiple times NO ANSWER. I left multiple voicemails NO CALL BACK. I sent multiple emails NO RESPONSE. No tracking NO NOTHING. When you call the number they always helping other customers at this point yall gotta be helping the angels in heaven because AINT NO WAY YALL THIS BUSY!!!!!!. By the way its MAY 3rd 2024 and my son STILL HAS NOT RECEIVED HIS PACKAGE AND I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN ANY ANSWERS!!I tried to give this company a second chance after the first time ordering I experienced the same exact issues. This will be the last time I order and I strongly encouraged others to order from another company. This company is very unprofessional and could careless that your loved one is waiting several weeks, even a month before receiving anything. My son is soon to be released, and it appears he maybe released before his package arrives. This company deserves no stars at all.This is very pathetic!!!!!I want my refund back

  Company never answers phone. It took 2 months to get my sons blanket. Almost a month for a food package. And when asked to reimburse for the delay they tried justifying there policy. I would not recommend them at all. If your love one depends on his food package to get them through the month he will starve waiting.They do not care if they lose a customer was what I got from them. They have plenty of more customers. But at the rate there going I dont see how they will be able to keep them. Dont waste you money. And energy this company only brought stress to me and my son. Because he depends on the food package. ********************* and dont believe the hype and promises they make is a lie.
