      we have not received either the documents or an email explaining at what efforts are being made to obtain them. Nearly four years later we still do not have the documents needed to provide a completed application for Italian citizenship for our family to the Italian Consulate. Please advise how you can help us resolve this issue. Thanks.

      Waiting to receive and review the documents needed to apply for Italian citizenship. I have been advised that they believe they have all the documents and are currently reviewing them

      I contacted **** telling her that I thought we did not receive many documents that we promptly supplied the information for that they needed to retrieve. **** emailed me a short response saying she would be back to me with more detail but Ive not heard again from her

      I signed a contract with ***************************, owner of Get Italian Citizenship, Inc., in September 2020 to obtain all of the records, translations, and apostilles needed to submit an Italian dual citizenship application at my designated consulate. Communication severely broke down after the first few months of hiring GIC, and three years later, I still have no idea when my file will be ready. For the first two years, it would typically take months to receive email replies. I received no notice when extended breaks were taken or how long they would last, nor was I provided with alternative points of contact in the meantime. In July 2022, ***** notified me that my file was ready and that I could schedule a consulate appointment, but after asking several follow-up questions and being ignored again for months, I was connected with a new business associate named *************************** in July 2023 and informed that my file was nowhere near complete. I was told that my outstanding balance for our contract would be removed to make up for the significant delays and that **** would be a reliable point of contact going forward. Unfortunately, the same patterns are continuing and I have been waiting close to a month for acknowledgment of emails. I have been sending the same list of questions to GIC for a year, and have requested for months that **** provide a real-time list with the status of all documents needed for my file, but these requests have been ignored. I have also asked for months to quickly connect over video chat so we can discuss my questions, files, and many concerns with this process, but these requests have been ignored. Overall, my experience working with GIC has been exacerbating and stressful, and I would highly caution anyone against using their services. As I told GIC, I am simply seeking to fulfill our contract and wrap up our partnership as quickly as possible, but they are making this nearly impossible to do.

      My sister, ************** and I contracted in 2020 with Get Italian Citizenship, owned ***************************, to secure for our family's Italian Citizenship. We paid half of the agreed fee. Over almost two of half years of communications, we made frequent requests for periodic progress reports and have received minimal information or no response from ***** and her subordinates. We provided our own research for US and Italian info, and the requested family documents to expedite the process. ***************************, *****'s employee advised us that the US documents are completed. But ***** has failed to call us as promised or communicate on the status of the Italian documents, other than giving her repeated excuse that she needs more time to complete. Specially we emailed ***** in August 2022 and she promised an update by 9/10/22 on the Italian documents status and received no response on 9/10/22. Again, we emailed and were promised an update in November and again in December. As of 1/2/23 ***** has not responded at all. We have paid her over $5000 and have received no proof of work in nearly two and half years. Additionally we requested the completed US documentation and have gotten no response. We have been ignored and led to believe we were getting the finalized documents numerous times. She continues to promise the work is "almost done." We have been extremely patient and accepting of excuses such as family emergency/health issues but have reached the end of our patience. *************************** has not fulfilled her obligations under our contract even though we have been very clear in our requests. We have seen other complaints about this company and we are concerned that we may be the victims of fraud. We want *************************** to contact us to determine an agreed upon resolution, ideally the documents provided to us by a agreed upon date. Obtaining Italian citizenship is very important to our families and she has put us in a very difficult situation. Please help resolve this, ***************.

      Firstly, thank you for your patronage and we look forward to helping your family become Italian dual citizens. We appreciate everyone who trusts ** to help them and have not, do not, and will not engage in fraudulent activities of any kind. 

      We would like to apologize for any communication issues and take responsibility for them. Unfortunately, the representative you worked with is no longer handling your case due to ongoing health issues and thus a number of case files have been transferred to other staff. This coupled government shutdowns at all levels due to the Covid pandemic in 2020 and 2021 meant we took longer to obtain documentation than normal and clients were not receiving regular updates as they should. We will work with you to send you all of your files (over 60 at present tally have already been obtained due to the fact that a number of your family members are seeking citizenship altogether, and that midway through your application we discovered eligibility down a different, non-**** case path) and to facilitate and expedite the completion of anything outstanding. Additionally, we will speak with you privately regarding a discount and/or waiving your balance moving forward.

      We want to stress how seriously we take our job and hope that our positive reviews speak to that.
