I applied for a General Manager position with Crunch and *** **************** This entire process had taken over a month. All in all I have learned that this company applies a fake mantra that they hide behind in order to trick people into believing that they truly care! All of the team members blindly follow their leader ***** ********. ***** is fantastic at Gaslighting, and using passive-aggressive communication tactics to make her minions fall in line and follow her every direction. She claims to lead a company and a brand who truly cares about people and who they are, their well-being, and making them better overall. All LIES!She has learned how to bamboozle people by manipulating them during their weakest points in their health and wellness journeys by promising them the world! She has come up with a business model that preys on what supposedly other companies cannot offer at lower price points. Please believe me when I say that what she and her company claim to be and claim to offer are ALL LIES! They do not care about people! They treat people terribly, and then turn around and gaslight them, and passive-aggressively manipulate them into believing that their poor experience is their fault! This is nothing short of evil! They have learn how to make a profit on peoples weaknesses, and all the while smile in their faces and claim to care in the deepest sense of the word! They should not be allowed to continue to operate a business! It is cruel, and plain evil! The world needs to see them for who they are! Please take your well-being and hard earned money elsewhere and place it with people and businesses they ********** and are who they say they are! People like ***** ********, and businesses like Crunch and ******************* need to be seen for who they are!!

Dishonest personal training! I signed up for 3 months of personal training and told the trainer, *****, from the beginning and more than once that I would do 3 months of training and only 3 months because I was headed to ****** in June. I mentioned it many times. Finally, on May 9, he submitted the paperwork to cancel and end my training beyond those 3 months. Then his manager, ****** ****, said that it was too late to cancel and that the charges would go through for an extra month, and there was nothing that they could do about it. Ever heard of a cancellation or refund? Do these people think that I am stupid? Anyhow, I was adamant that I said from the get-go I wouldn't do more than 3 months, wouldn't be here, and wanted the charges cancelled before they got to me. I mentioned it many times before and after May 9. On May 15, I got charged $320 for training that I said I didn't want, and cancelled. This is a dishonest business practice, and I will NEVER do business with Crunch again and recommend another gym. I called my credit card company to dispute this dishonest charge.

Crunch fitness is the worst, they have too many unnecessary charges. I get the enrollment fee, but what's up with the annual fee after 60 days plus the regular fee. There wasn't any way around it regardless of what plan you chose. On top of that they had me give them a debt card and bank account information. My son wanted to join with his friends if I didn't love him I would have left. I can see the annual fee after a year but not a few months later. And why do they charge that plus your regular membership fee. People are not made of money. Trust and believe I will be cancelling before the 60 days are up.

If I could leave a negative star, I would they have the worst business practices. Its almost impossible to cancel a membership. They told me that even though you can sign up online, (and anyone can sign up with your information) you have to physically come in the club to cancel or mail a letter both very inconvenient forms of canceling a membership that you are allowed to sign up online for there is no way to verify identity when you sign up online so anyone can sign up for an account as long as they have your information, which is a very shady business practice, my account was put on hold March 26 by their previous manager ******* and then I noticed a reccuring charge two months later I called to complain. They lied and said I didnt have a I freeze on my account so I clarify yes I do then they said oh yes you only have one through June 30 which isnt true. I actually have a freeze per my emails through 730. Its just a terrible business. I would never recommend that I explain to them I was not paying the membership when I am constantly trying to cancel, and I literally have never stepped foot into their gym never is very shady practices I would never recommend anyone go to crunch fitness youre better off going to planet fitness

I joined crunch recently and only went to two or three sessions and I ordered two sessions with a personal trainer at $40 apiece. I did 1 session with the trainer, but before I could do the second session I became disabled and was unable to use the other session I paid for. I had to cancel my membership because I needed surgery on my hip and back. I will not be active for quite a while so I askedfor a refund on the session I didnt take. I am 77 years old and retired and on a fixed income, but the management declined to return any money unless I canceled within three days. I feel its very unfair and shows how they dont care about their members its about the money I would not join this club because they really dont care about anyone especially seniors. Its pennies to them but they dont understand how much it cost for my medical bills and that would help. They should be ashamed of themselves for so rigid and arrogant..

I have come to cancel for the third time my training plan and my membership with Crunch Fitness in ************************* because I am moving, but these people have put too many obstacles in my way to cancel, from the beginning that I joined them they told me that I was free to cancel at any time I wanted, for that reason I decided to take two classes with them, now that I want to cancel they force me to be with them, they speak to me rudely, they discriminate against me because English is not my first language and I do not understand the language very well, this situation has been quite stressful for me because no one gives me a solution, I just want to cancel and not have anything to do with them, it is very unfair that they continue to charge my card when I am not using their facilities, nor have I used or use the classes in the training program that I paid for.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!!! These people lied to me about the details of the contract when I ask them about the cancellation policy to verify if what they where advertising on their website was true. For $30/m you will have a month-to-month membership with no commitment, I asked the sales *** 3x is this is a non commitment contract and they said yes I can cancel at any time and even told me if I want to cancel to be aware of the annual premium on the second month. I trusted this business to operate in good faith since it would be an insane business practice to advertise a non commitment gym membership online and then to turn around and tell me I have to wait 3 months before I cancel and that I have to cancel before the beginning of the 4 month/4 payment cycle. The owners and anyone who is employed or affiliated with this company are everything that's wrong with this world, true bottom of the barrel scum.

Having a bad experience trying to cancel my membership. After being scolded at the gym for asking to cancel my membership after I had recently just joined. I was only given a small piece of paper with instructions by another employee that would help me. And now being told I have to pay the full amount to cancel my membership. And they kept charging after I had canceled. I also did not receive any of the promised parts of the contract like tour of the facility or free personal training session.
