      I had an event in November, 2024 that was rescheduled to February, 2025. Stubhub refuses to acknowledge that the event was rescheduled, despite the fact that I have shown written proof from the venue that the rescheduled event occurred. This was "escalated" in April, 2025, and here we are at the end of May with no resolution. I am owed almost $600 here, and cannot get paid.

      DO NOT USE STUBHUB! They charged me $100 for tickets that the venue was selling for $50. I found this out after the fact. I expressed to StubHub that I felt ripped off and all they could say is too bad because I agreed to the price. I will NEVER use StubHub again!

      I ordered ***** tickets through StubHub. The concert was postponed due to severe thunderstorms. I was quickly notified, and my tickets were honored the next day. No issues. The website is safe and easy to use. The prices for tickets is very reasonable.
