  This company is a total money grab! I purchased a package through them to the recent *** game in ******. I purchased my package before they went on sale to the public. My seats were awful! I questioned On Location management about the process for picking seats. They confirmed it was not random that an employee chose my seats. I asked if the people who bought more expensive packages received better seats. They denied this despite their emails stating I would get the best seats because of my early deposit. The pregame party was shut down over an hour before the game. We were denied entry or food and drinks by the staff even though we purchased that package and arrived over an hour before the game started. The staff said I shouldve purchased the bus travel to the game so I couldve been there FOUR HOURS prior in order to take advantage of the pre game party. No where in their communications with me does it say that. I found tickets online in the same section/row we were in for $400 each. On Location charged is over $1200 each! They refused to tell people where their seats were u til 3 days before that event. If my team goes to another country to pay again, I will use a reputable travel agent and but my tickets on my own. I am unbelievably disappointed in the *** for partnering with a business that is not accredited and has a D grade from the BBB.

  Absolutely terrible. If zero was a rating I would give that to them. The worst customer service, I called numerous times regarding my ******* 500 ticket package which I spent thousands of dollars on and all I received is we are sorry... We will send you an email.. that I never got. To all corporations that send customers on trips, DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!

  Horrible. Purchased four team hotel rooms through college alumni and boosters for a bowl game. Emails mention components of the package could be picked up at check-in. Tickets were not included. As it turns out, there were no components and just the room at Run of the House, aka worst rooms. Paid at least twice than if booked directly. Shame on sales team. Total ripoff.

  Buyer beware. Do not pay for anything until you fully understand what you are paying for. This company partnered with my colleges booster club to offer travel packages for a high profile college football game. They wanted a $500 deposit to secure your spot and a ticket. No other details provided. Because they were advertised with our booster club, I trusted them. Big mistake. In May I made the deposit. For 5 months there was zero communication and then finally an email to secure your package. $12k for two people, 6 nights, WITHOUT flights. This is close to quadruple the price if I booked myself. So obviously not doing it. But now they're keeping everyones $500 deposits. Total ripoff. Deceptive pricing schemes. ****** learned and I hope others do their research.
