    If I could give zero stars, I would. Major is completely unqualified to maintain elevators and has caused months of unnecessary outages in our building in ********. Their technicians repeatedly showed up without the right tools or knowledge, misdiagnosed the issues, and left us worse off every time.Even more concerning, theyre paid per visit, so its clearly in their interest not to fix the elevator quickly. Residents in our building were stuck without a working elevator for weeks at a time while they came and went, billing us for every failed attempt.They created a mess, gave us zero transparency, and left our building with no clear path forward. We are now paying another contractor to undo the damage they left behind. ***** this company at all costs they should not be in this business.
