    I ordered a gift subscription to the bourbon of the month club on 4/21/24 and the recipient never received anything as of 5/28/24 so I emailed their customer support and they informed me that they were discontinuing their bourbon of the month club and would refund my money. However, their website still offers the bourbon of the month club. They indicated they would give me a refund for what I had paid in 5 to 10 days, however, it should not have been up to me to contact them for a refund if they had already canceled the program, nor should they still show the club available on their website. Extremely poor customer service.

    Do not buy from this company!!! They take your order and money then dont ship you the product. When you try to get a refund they wont give you that either. I would never buy from them again!

    This took some time but, they made up for it with a more recent version of what I ordered. End result, made it worth the wait. This company is working hard with their support and Ill give them and A+ for effort. I would use them again. If you read the negative reviews the shipping/delivery time is the main issue. Aside from that they went a live and beyond my few support requests simply looking to get the gift on time. I was very happy when I saw the bottle that was delivered and Im 100% sure that was done because of the delay. So you will get your order and their support does do their job and the strive for customer satisfaction. So A+ from me.
