      This company advertises products that are unavailable weekly garnering attention but delivered to no one. The products are then sold on **** and other sites as "rare". In reality this company is using fake marketing tactics to attract attention and selling directly via ****. I contacted their support who had zero solutions. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

      THEY STEAL FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!they do not ship all of the items their customers order & pay for! They sell out of items and still take the money you paid them for them!!!and just try to get anywhere with their online customer service, HA!!! no one ever responds back to your emails!!so you have no product that you paid for and no money back either!!!this is ILLEGAL what they are doing is stealing from their customers!SHAME ON YOU!

      The worst company to deal with regarding their customer service. I have reached out multiple times to get exchange information without any assistance or return instructions. I would not purchase from this group ever again.

      I placed an order for 3 Tees but after the order was confirmed and shipped I realized that the shipping address was off by a digit. There’s no direct contact number for Supreme customer service so I had to send multiple emails about the issue because *** tracking updated showing “returned to sender”. By the time I received a response back from the generic email, it was too late because the package was sent back. The only response I received was “please wait 3-5 days for processing”. What a joke

      No phone number to speak to anyone everything is automated & you can never speak to an actual person that will be able to assist you . Pretty much once you purchase its on you their responses are slow & little to no detail regarding your situation.

      Wish I could give a 0 star for Supreme. Have bought several items from them before but never returned anything. When you want to return something, they give you the runaround and return your emails a week later. I finally got the right address to send it to with all of the appropriate paperwork, and mailed it off. NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND! Now out $500 and no products. They basically got $500 for FREE. No manager or anyone that has any responsibility to speak to.

      Bought a product and after taking a look at it I realized it wasn't of the quality I thought it would be, and decided to return it.After emailing customer support (shortly after the item arrived), at first they refused to refund the money to my bank account only wanting to refund me in store credit, which I refused, but after threatening them of filing a complaint they accepted my terms and sent me an email with the return authorization and address.I asked them for a return label, which every other company worth its name provides in case you return an item, but I was ignored, so I had to pay 50$ out of my own pocket to pay for the shipping.Mediocre company, will never buy from again, and ill make sure no one that I come across ever will.

      Terrible customer service!! I had a package that was never delivered and all they care about is *** claiming a successful delivery. You will never be able to get someone on the phone and they never give you any real answers through email. This happened in May and Im still waiting for a reply better than *** confirmed a successful delivery. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!
