      I agree with ****, 100%. My husband bought me a jacket for my birthday 3 weeks ago to make sure it didn't sell out, as I buy Mackage products yearly. Never again! I didn't open my present until a few days ago, the jacket is HUGE and they refuse to even exchange it for a different size? The "client service" rep has been beyond strange. First to say they are going to "investigate" my request and then this:"We understand that certain circumstances and situations can make it difficult for customers to return an order. We are always willing to accommodate and assist in any way we can as long as it is within a reasonable time frame.In this particular situation, seeing as your order was placed over 3 weeks ago, we, unfortunately, must respectfully decline your request.This being said, any future requests to return or exchange will also be declined."Um, what? LOL. It's almost comical. They basically treated me like a criminal. The two week return window is so limiting and frankly, bad business. I think it's important that every customer who has this experience with the brand let others know. Beware.

      Their return policy is ****** rigid and is not reflective of a good business practice. I used to love mackage and would buy at least one coat a year here. I will never be returning or buying from mackage again. There are certain circumstances where exceptions can be made and with the price of their jackets they should take personal circumstances into account and be a little more lenient.
