    Absolute scam. This used to be a solid site until about two years ago. Now my multifactor authentication has to continually be reset, which is insane because Ive never had to do with this with any other site. Sending video recordings of yourself and even talking to these people on the phone accomplishes nothing. Now Ive been unable to log into my account for weeks. Take your crypto elsewhere.

    I have been having constant issues with Bitstamp that has caused me great distress and financial loss that I cannot recover. I put money in Bitstamp, did the video interview Dec 21, 2023 and my money has been oh hold since that day. I have called several times and all I get is its still in review. They won't let me withdraw my funds. It feels like they are scamming me. I feel you should intervein for me. From reading the other reviews it seems like bitstamp is doing the same to them.

    Hi Can anyone from Bitstamp please assist.I have been having constant issues with Bitstamp that has caused me great distress and financial loss that I cannot recover.I have been trading with you guys close to two months now and everything has been going smoothly, I followed all K.Y.C Procedures that were necessary to be able to deposit,withdrawal and use the platform to its full functionality. Everything has been going smoothly until the 18th of October ********************************************************************** ************ as I am as well. I did an immediate payment to Bitstamp The next day I checked my Bitstamp account and nothing had reflected, I contacted support based on this matter, all of a sudden my withdrawals and deposits had been blocked immediately with no apparent to the reason why. my account does say verified and all is in order. I also supplied support proof of funds Till this day nothing has reflected into my account and support have not given me any reason to why they have done this and to why they are holding my funds from me. All I have received from support is to be "rest assured" How can I be rest assured when you are forcibly holding my funds from **** have requested a SWIFT,FOREX recall of my funds that I have sent to you guys,which your bank is refusing to give permission to do so.I understand your anti money laundering scheme, my funds come from a legitimate source which is a loan. My bank would have not allowed me to progress with this transaction, since they perform a lot of due diligence and for every trade I do, I must provide my source of funds.it looks like to me you are using policies and procedures as an excuse to defraud me of my funds. Based on giving me no information and giving me no resolution to help rectify this. It has now been over three weeks since this has occurred with no reason as to why.Regards

    This company took my USD. 'Sold' me bitcoin but refuses to release it. Not convinced they even have it. Seems like they're doing this to everyone and attempting to stall so they can get more people to buy in. Both here and the reddit are full of the same complaints. ********************************************************

    I've emailed Bitstamp because I could not withdraw funds to invest, I booked two calls to them the first I spoke to a woman who assured me if we got disconnected she had my number and would call me back, well that was the first lie, I tried and booked another call and spoke to a fella ********** believe was his name he assured me this would be taken care of shortly, well it never was and I sent several emails and I kept getting the same story it's in progress (NOT) I called customer service at least 5 times and I was told they will let the supervisor know. That didn't happen either. I finally wrote and email stating this is by far the WORST customer service I have ever encountered!!!!! Now because I told them that they escalated to the complaint department. Still nothing has been resolved, this company is a joke, and still no resolution to unlock my measly one thousand dollars. Never ever would I recommend this company. Please help get this resolved.

    I've contacted them several times because I've transferred a few hundred dollars into Bitstamp for investing. I ended up trying to get a 6 digit number for a transfer of funds and found out I attempted to many times so my account was locked. I've sent several emails and made one phone call and no one has contacted me back. My opinion is do not use Bitstamp as it appears to be a scam to take your money
