Any billing would have been from your card processor. After carefully reviewing your file, we see your processor billed you for unreturned equipment, not for closing your processing account. When you opted to cancel the account last year ********************** was able to negotiate your account closure with no fees. He went over and beyond to help me get started with my new merchant services team, policy, profile, and set up.   This company sent us an unsolicited email offering a free analysis. We declined. They they said we had already paid for the service, so they were confused. There was no confusion. We hadn't paid, we hadn't requested anything. Just someone from their company trying to weasel their way in... Wasting my time.
