    Horrible company. I own an agency in ******** and I had to threaten this company with a lawyer. ******** should have never appointed them as an aggregator. After my contract was formally cancelled between my organization and HHA, now they're calling me saying I owe a balance. HHA is very shady, it took me 3-4 months to cancel my bogus contract with them, they kept giving me the run around until I mentioned "lawyer." These people are crooks for real!

    I think that this is a scam! What's the purpose of having a downward time adjustment option, if it doesn't adjust it automatically.

    I have to call HHAEXHANGE more than 3 times during a week sometime, most of the time its because the Rep is a mess , ungrateful to have a job , not knowing what to do and they get so frustrated on you since they dont know what to do . The worst part of it is that you must call before 9 am to speak to someone; but if that person is unable to assist you they wont tell you until they keep repeating themselves. This morning as I am writing this review, I am calling them on the since 7:30am , I was speaking to someone who cant assist me I hung up the phone while he put me on hold for 15 minutes and never came back - here I am calling back since and they never answered the line and guest what ? its before 9am, you bet that same rep is not in the mood to answer me , I hope they lose their contract with the state because they are not doing their job right later and most of them are rude to customers who took their time to call and needs their assistance but all they get is their sour attitude. This morning I callled HHAEXHANGE with a consent recording phone call that some dates were not received by Humana and they are asking me to rebill the buy kept going on for over 17 minutes that its shows accepted meanwhile all I need to do is to rebilled , please show me how to do that ; but he kept going like I am lying because he didnt want to help me rebill it .this the second person thats done that to me . This is extremely ridiculous; and for 30 minutes calling back they are purposely not answering me . Enough with HHAEXHANGE people who are being rode to Clients or just shut down .
