    We got an espresso machine from this company two Christmas' ago, and it has worked wonderfully in that time.Unfortunately, we are almost two years into the life cycle--and it has a year warranty--and it's leaking coffee water all over our counter now whenever we run it. Aside from the planned obsolescence, here is the biggest issue:We reached out to customer service fully acknowledging of our own volition that it's outside warranty, but requesting help because we want to fix it if we can and stop it from leaking so we can continue to use it. We get an email back saying they can't give us a new one because it's outside warranty. We know. We already acknowledged that. We just want help. You know, customer support. That was nearly a week ago. No ***********, aside from making awful products that are designed to break right outside the warranty window, they also refuse to support customers with any sort of assistance.With so many competitors out there, why waste your time and money with a company like this. Go somewhere else.

    Ordering process great! Shipping process great! I got the machine in record time. It was compact and seemed to be high quality. It took different size pods than what I had in my stash. I emailed the company the day after delivery to return it. The return policy said the box must be unopened and it must be sent back within 7 days of delivery. I asked for an RMA # for the 2nd unopened machine and all I heard was crickets. I emailed daily until my 7 days. I contacted my bank, they gave me an unlisted number. I finally got an email back that stated "break the water tank and send a video and they would send a refund." I called the number and was told to "break the tank." I sent the video and got an email the next day that my refund would process in 5-7 days. It has been 2 weeks and no refund and now I have a broken tank too....
