    I had no issues with this company until my last trip in August. On our return trip, our luggage was pulled off in the wrong location and taken. Now I understand this is an accident but clearly it was the bus drivers fault because we have him the right location and saw him put it with our other luggage but he took it off at the wrong place. We submitted a lost and found ticket at that exact moment and spoke to a supervisor. That night they sent a message around to everyone on the bus about the luggage and so we waited to see what would happen. Never heard anything back! I called twice and each time got different updates until finally I was told it was closed. When I asked why or when they could not tell me. I asked to speak to a manager they said that there was no one available at the time and instead I had to submit a ticket on their website. I asked for an email or phone number because Ive submitted tickets before and I didnt get a response and did not get a confirmation that my ticket was even submitted and still they said sorry but you need to go online. I went online and still didnt hear anything back until recently when I was told that they looked at the video footage and are telling me that I did not have an extra luggage. They said they tried to call me to tell me that and so theres nothing they can do. I dont understand why they think I would make up this whole situation about luggage. This place is horrible for customer service and it doesnt even seem legitimately run. Ive already reported them to the state and may even seek legal action, especially since there were personable items in the suitcase. ** NOT recommend this company at all!
