      I signed up for *** because ************ discontinued ****. Don't like sports but do love ******* games. I paid one hundred fifty.....never able to connect....I only want a refund! I'm 74 years old so I'm not great at tech. It's now two months in so I just want a refund. Please. ****** ******

      If a spinning baseball icon and constant video error prompts are your jam, then THIS is the app for you. Its like taking a toddler to a live game you miss a lot of the action with the constant resets and trips back to the lobby. Gave it 1.0 stars because 0.5 is not an option.

      We are having problems watching games on *******. I send in customer service requests for help and do not get any. Yesterday 4/14/2025 tried to watch and was only able to get radio in SPANISH. Yet another game missed and money wasted. So sad that *** is not concerned with their customers. I did get an email once that stated there was a problem on their end and we would get a $10 shopping credit. It looked like spam and mass mailing I don't want to shop!I only speak ENGISH.

      Once you place an order you cannot cancel it no matter if its shipped or not. Then the only option is wait forever to get your item and return it m ok no us $10 and your original shipping cost. What a scam

      Ordered from their shop on 9/3 and started getting emails with LIES that it shipped. TEN days later still getting emails claiming that it shipped with *** but the link shows that it still has not been given to ***, so it clearly hasn't shipped. Every day, I get 3 spam emails from them about the order being shipped which is insulting to LIE every day to me. I called and was told that they don't intend to actually ship it for another 10 days! I don't know how they are able to just LIE.

      I was offered a promotional free subscription through ******* but never agreed to extending my subscription past the free sample period, but was billed by mlb.com using my payment info from ******* automatically-beware.

      Total rip off. Signed up so my husband could watch ******** games with our grandson and every game both home and away have been blackouts. Wasted *****.

      Rhe return process for items that don't fit is a joke. One month since return and still haven't received my refund. All that I was looking for was the correct size.

      For 30 years, I sign up for a year subscription in the winter. This week, they canceled my 2024 subscription. I sent them a note two weeks ago stating that I may need to cancel, and can I get a complete refund. This was due to my current device not being supported. I have since got a new device. they canceled without consulting me. they sent me a small refund worth only $30, with 40% of the season left. At the same time, I have received a new device. I spoke to a rep, and they said they understood, and that *** misunderstood. However, they set in motion the cancellation. Seeing they jumped the gun, I asked to reinstate my subscription, and the rep stated I had to sign back up for $80! This is unfair! I never asked for a cancellation, I only asked if I could cancel. They even called me for clarification, but still kept the cancellation and asked me to sign up for another $80 even though I paid for the whole season in February.

      I was a fan of the game for 41 years of My life. As a Cubs fan!!! I will love them always but I'll never support the *** or spend a dollar on them again. Tell me why they can make money off licensed *** **** Jerseys and collectibles or pay him to appear on *** shows or broadcast but don't have him in the hall of fame yet. He is old let the man see his glory give him the flowers he deserves. I won't put have or do anything that has a positive light on *** ever again for doing ************ as so.
