      ******** was attentive and communicative from before the alteration began, through completion. He responded very quickly through email, text and over the phone. I was never left waiting or wondering with this contractor.
      He came to meet me in person while the alteration was taking place, and he made a headache of a floor repair as bearable as possible for me. ******** started to plan and put things in motion within one day of me contacting him for the major floor repair I needed done.
      His team left the area clean every single day, and they were very polite and professional. They were very meticulous and paid close attention to every little detail needed to repair my water damaged floor.
      I am very pleased with their work, and I would recommend ******** and his team at Martos Development LLC to everyone I know.

      We had a fantastic experience with this contractor, which started with his initial visit to discuss the project: a full kitchen and basement remodel, plus some major plumbing work to replace aging black pipe. By that time, we had already gotten three estimates. While he was here, he asked questions that no previous contractor thought of, carefully went over the project parameters, and gave us a verbal estimate. The next day, he emailed a formal estimate, which was the basis of our contract.When the job commenced, a full crew arrived and worked every day (even some Saturdays) until the job was completed, which took about a month. The crew was fantastic; great camaraderie and everyone had a good skill set. They did terrific work, and cleaned up at the end of each day.When unexpected things happened---like, for example, when removing walls it was revealed that there was a plumbing line in the way that necessitated extra work---he explained various options to us and went over pricing before proceeding.All in all, we were astonished at how quickly the project flew by and are very happy with the job done. I highly recommend Martos Development.
