    Used Nrad for many many years. Have been using mostly the Woodbury location. It was fine until *** took it over. Now they seem to be all about the money. Had a MRI done a few months ago. My contracted rate was $2600. I almost fell over when the bill came. I thought it was a mistake, My insirance said no but I checked and my contracted rate with any other facility I would use was at the highest $800. I tried to get *** to discount they refused to do anything. They told me to ask my insurance to adjust the rate which I knew they wouldnt. I did try and *** documented it so they knew why I wasnt paying the bill yet, I kept updating them with statuses. They kept documenting, Well, it was a few months later and I had proof I was still waiting to hear from my insurance, what do they do? They send it to collections, I went crazy with the collections company, **** ended up recalling it from collections because they knew they had no right to do it. Just want to warn others. They rates are insanely high and for whatever reason their contracted rates are insanely high, if you have a high deductible plan like me. Dont use them if you dont have to.
