To find a Home Improvement Organization that is Reliable,Affordable,and provides Excellent Care is like finding Gold. Unified Windows is That Business.Since I purchased my home in 2007 ,Mike M******* has helped me and guided me through each project. Siding, Doors, Kitchen Window and all the window replacements even up to last week when I replaced 5 basement windows with new ****** windows. Expertly done by Gus who did an outstanding job . Caring about my concerns and professionally working , he made the windows inside and out look beautiful. If your looking to make your home improvement stress free , convenient with great workers and staff, then try Unified Windows.

Had this company install a bunch of new windows in my house. Water continued to penetrate my master bedroom when it rained heavy. Had them out a couple of times to repair (which they charge for). Last time caused damage to my window sill as well as water damage dripping into my kitchen. After filing another complaint was told that its not their fault and to file a claim with my homeowners insurance since the windows were installed 3 years ago and the caulk failed. Guess what, you installed it and its your responsibility. Told a good customer to go scratch. WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY WONT STAND BEHIND THEIR OWN WORK!!!!Unified Home Remodeling

All customers are required to report leaks immediately in order to avoid damages. The windows were installed in 2018 and the customer called 3 years after and reported a leak.We went out to service the windows and found no issues with the seals. We re-calked the window anyway.This customer has a water issue that *** not be resolved by just changing the window as they mentioned on another contract we previously installed in 2019 about having rotted *****, which at that time we offered a price to change the sill out, but they declined.We are happy to work with them to try and resolve this the best we can.
