    I am giving YO1 Health Resort NO stars as my visit was NOT what their website claims to be. Unfortunately, I had to leave a star as the site requires it. First off if you arrive earlier than check-in time they charge you $75 and if you check out later than 11:00 am they charge you by the hour. I have sent an email to the address the Resort had provided as I had asked for the manager's card or name and was told I must send an email. I did almost 3 weeks ago and no response! I have called the property multiple times and got an automated answering message. No one returns calls! I had numerous issues after check-in, the first being the balcony had a dirty towel lying on the floor the chairs were dirty and the fridge shelves were dirty. I called the front desk and they sent housekeeping to clean it up. Then I found hairs on the floor in the bathroom which were NOT ours. I sent the pictures along with my email. We went to a meditation class and right afterward the fire alarms were going off and we had to evacuate the building and stand outside for about half an hour. Of course, there was no fire. The pool was too cold to go in, the whirlpool was not operating nor filled and the hot tub was freezing. They also have a foot reflexology in the pool area and some of the baths were supposed to be warm as well, but they were also freezing. We were told by the staff that they are waiting on a pump since 2019!!!! How absurd! The grounds need upkeeping as well.I also found an extra charge on my credit card and cannot find out what it is. I do not recommend this Resort. Run fast.....
