False advertisement of unit. Charged for a service animal. Unit does not look like photographs. Walls filthy, hole in bathroom wall, fridge only cools to 48°, I had to buy a fridge for my meds, door stuck and hard to open, pot smoke from the unit below made me sick. I booked an extra night so I could get my things out, the smoke bothered so much. The property manager ****, called a resident I was with asking if I had a dog with me AFTER I told the owner about the pot problem. **** came back saying the unit smelled of dog urine. I sat in a unit looking at the unit I had rented. No one entered to make that assessment and my dog is a therapy animal aka service dog did not pee in the unit like they are claiming. ******* ******** "the cohost dad" **** and **** all aware of the illegal drug use in the unit below and how it not only affected my unit but others as well who have complained. They refuse to issue a refund.
