    Horrible customer service. They make it extremely difficult top cancel your subscription. I emailed, left a voicemail ( the don't answer their phone) and waited forever in a chat to do it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I still haven't been able tp cancel it. Now I have to go through my credit card to cancel.

    I bought 4 box of uric acid formula ( 8 months' supply) from them last week, but doctor doesn't recommend taking them for now due to other medical issues. But the product expiration date is within 12 months, so I decided to return. They have 30-day free refund policy but need get their approval first. Unfortunately, I submitted several return requests and didn't get any response. I called their phone number, and nobody answer.

    There's no way to contact them by phone and I think I got suckered into submitting a review for them, but am now not receiving the incentive that I was told I would receive...I received something in the mail about submitting a review in exchange for 2 free bottles of fiber gummies. I submitted a GOOD review, took a screenshot of the review, and emailed the address that I was told to email... I received a notice right away that the email address they provided is not a valid email address. I tried to contact BioMuch... no answer and their mailbox is full. I tried to **************'s Craft... no answer and their mailbox is full. I messaged Nature's craft a week ago... no reply... I just messaged them again- we'll see what happens. I'm irritated. A company that provides HEALTH products... vitamins for KIDS should be reachable by phone! Totally absurd.
