    Back and forth emails, phone messages left, Messages left on the website, and I finally get in email that says, "we can help with that." No phone call. No help. Wire pricing looked good but customer service is abominable. Don't waste your time

    I placed a order and paid with a credit card and it never came. There is no number to call and I have emailed twice with no response. Makes me very nervous they now have my credit card number!! BUYER BEWARE??

    Took my money for 3 multi metres knowing that they didn't have stock and promised a week delivery. Now they say another week, and I have to eat 4% cancellation for theie lie to me?

    Unresponsive. Placed order October 12. Heard nothing from them since. Requested order status three times in November. No reply. I dont think this is a real company.

    Ordered a **** stand came with important pieces missing and can not contact them as phone is disconnected and I ordered them through Amazon and sent email through Amazon no answer. I wrote review to post on Amazon they wouldn't post it. I will make sure not to buy from them again and if I could post a review with minus stars I would post -5.

    Took my money never shipped my product. After a week I asked for an update got a one weird reply. Discontinued had to do a chargeback to get a refund. Terrible business would NOT recommend.

    I ordered a small part online that was in stock I paid for express shipping / 48 hours. 3 weeks go by no price, non reposnsibr to emails. Finally after a ***** email someone advises me that product is back order and we were not charged. Dont buy from this company, they clearly dont have stock and are terrible at communication.

    Ordered ****' of 1/2" EMT on 5/10/23 - was contacted within a week of the order asking if we would like to purchase more at no additional shipping cost (nothing about there being an issue with shipping was mentioned). When I had not heard anything I reached out on 5/30/23 only to be told there was an issue with shipping as no one wanted to ship this small of an amount and if we did not increase our order they would have to cancel the order. This seems to be a sales tactic to try and bully you into purchasing more - it did not work.

    Ordered a tool and shipping to be here in 4-5 days and paid $18+ to have it here. Emailed the day after and asked why did I pay shipping to get it here when I needed it and their response was well you can cancel it.I told them that is a horrible response and terrible customer service. We will see if they live up to getting the tool in another 4-5 days. To say the least this will be the last order I place with them!!
