    This company ended up stealing my $750 . Caveat emptor! They make it very difficult to actually book a hot air balloon ride because they only fly once a day at 5:00AM and constantly cancel because of weather. We have two small children. The company advised us us that they do not recommend small children on hot air balloon. They cancelled our original booking last minute after we jumped through hoops to get a baby sitter. Then they cancelled our second booking and it was suggested to me to book an alternate date as a placeholder. Mind you days prior to both bookings they texted , emailed and left voice messages to remind us of out upcoming flight. The second time they cancelled on us the woman on the phone suggested I book an alternate date as a place holder. Now here comes the theft. We never received any reminders until day prior of they flight. We had no babysitter. They would not rebook an alternate date and stole out money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
