    Had this company take off and replace a full roof on my house in 2012, fast forward to 2024, shingles begin to come loose and fall off, Upon asking the owner, Mike Parks I was told that the shingles were guaranteed but the work was only for 10 years. I was told by Mike that it was that the shingles were faulty, and that he needed to send pictures to the area rep. I knew that it was not the reason, the rest of the roof was fine, just this one area. I had this fixed by a different roofing company ** ***** and I would highly recommend them. First of all they do all their roofs by hand, no nail guns. They also showed me the shingles and explained to me that they were nailed way above the area where they were supposed to be. I am more disappointed by the "runaround" that Mike gave me instead of admitting that his crew screwed up. He could have at least got me a half bundle of shingles to fix the job, but instead rather then wait longer I told the new crew to find a match. Would not recommend this company for any roofing job you may need.
