      Island Recreational (IR) has it all: bait and switch, incompetent surveyors and managers who lie in an attempt to cover up the incompetence. We ordered and paid for a beaded liner, just like the existing one in our pool purchased from IR, but they installed an overlap liner. Stay away - FAR AWAY!

      I called ahead to check for an item to make sure it was in stock. They answered right away and were very helpful. The staff in the ******* store helped but was not overly pushy.

      I would give a zero stars if I could but this is the most disreputable dishonorable company in existence and I will never shop there again. I purchased a salt generator which failed and they refuse to honor the warranty. I filed a claim through their alleged online process over 2 months ago but it appear to be fake. There is no customer service nor warranty department. The help email address is also a fake as no one exists to respond. No one know anything about any warranty process and their goal is to presumably ignore you and hope you go away. I send so many emails to the company asking for a status or to talk to someone but they have all gone unanswered. Whats more there is no manufacturer information such as phone number or website on the instruction manual or box. This company is a total sham and a scam and I will be exploring my legal options.

      Two associates helped me. Their names are ******* and *****. ***** helped me as soon as I entered the store and stayed with me until checkout answering all my questions. Trenyce was a doll as she checked me out. She let me know how much I saved and how much each item cost, all with a smile on her face. Great job, great experience and a store I will visit often because of them two.
