    Unreliable & unprofessional service.I was told an exterminator would be here on one day during work hours (9-5pm) a month to service the building I live in. Needless to say, the first day I called to make sure they would be here and was told by the receptionist that he was on his way here. Four hours later there was a no-show and I went to call the office again and was told oh my goodness Im so sorry there was no list on the wall so he assumed there was nobody who needed service, but I just called less than four hours ago, saying that i needed service in my apt. I was then told tomorrow they would arrive between ****am. Its tomorrow .and the time is 10:21 and no one has arrived. I call back and they actually tell me they are doing me a favor by accommodating me today. The fact that they feel like they are doing me a favor (yes the dishonest receptionist literally said she was doing me a favor taking my call smh) for doing Their job is ludicrous. Maybe they dont realize that integrity and honesty as a blueprint for any business are not traits of yesteryear but what sets the standard and maintains customer loyalty and good reputation
